Today a list of new post for the department have released. All branches and headquarters have been upgraded to the higher grade for the officer incharge plus created a numbers of new post to the office.
But....im very dissapointed after i saw the list....very stupid for those who not doing their job correctly because our office only get one changes... they upgraded to the higher grade for the incharge..its good... but totally no escalation for a numbers of staff...
We have fight for a long time to the department to increase the number of staff here.. we done the paperwork...everytimes in the meeting we spoke loud to mentioned our needs... finally its still the same... i cant imagine since 1985 untill now 2014 the numbers of staff never increase ... its not practical anymore for strenght of 8 person to handle the work load after almost 30 years.... so whos the stupid person will take the responsible for all this failure.... for me personally i will blame our state director .. honestly his the person wasnt do his job correctly and very feckless... his not competent to sit on his position..
