Frustrated

Sick to have staff without commitment to the office. I really cant accept if my staff always take an emergency leave. Its really effect to the department.

Its not easy to change their attitude for being more responssible to their department. I always try to understand their commitment as a wife or husband or as a mother or father to their childrens...but if the responsible to the family is to much untill their work goes wrong and totally ruine the office....its really unaccepted. Other officer have to cover their job. Just missing without inform. Is it right...

They should understand on what purpose they still working in the deparment. Its all about to support their family..so for the reason they should give full of commitment to the department.

If once a while they need to settle their family matter it is no problem at all. But if to often. What for they still working... better they resign and stay at home....give full commitment to the family. Easier and fair to everybody.

Hopefully this type of person will change their attitude to be more responsible to their office n friends..

When She Told Me Its Difficult

Yesterday my daughter Sya have done History paper. She told me that she answered all the question given but quite difficult because all her spotted  question dosent appeard.

Its ok my dear you have try your best. The past let it be the past...dont bother ok. Just pray to.Allah for the best...

Focuse to the next paper. This two days Sya have no exam.  But shes not feeling well. Dr ask her to go back to the hospital to give her flam sample because they trace she had an infections on her lung. Maybe because her caough took so long to recover.

What to say beacause she wont listen to stop taking ice and get enouhg sleep...

Hopefully she will be fine and fully recover soon.

KURSUS LAGI

Just arrived at Akademi Imigresen Malaysia attending Bengkel Plan Strategik.

Not sure why they sent me for this programme. Ha ha ha.  Actually my director suppose to attend this course but he refused to. So i have to replace him with honour.

So what else can say ... just attend and try to give full commitment....now i allready here staying one room with my friend also from perak. TPPI Suhairi....

What I dislike is ..i have to left my family at home....hopefully everything is in order...thanks to my beloved wife who always manage very well when im not at home...

4th DAY EXAM

Today is the 4th day Syarah SPM for Agama Islam papers. Wish you good luck. May Allah give u the guidence to answer all the question perfectly..love you my dear. Abah amd ummi always pray for you..

HARI KETIGA

Third days Sya SPM...today shes sitting for Math Mod paper. Hopefully she can do. I know you can do it my dear. Abah pray teh best for u. InsyaAllah ...

SECOND DAY EXAM

Second day Sya SPM paper English...pray to Allah..may Allah bless you . Always remember Allah. We must know that Allah always be with us. May Allah give you the strenghness...strong mind to remember what you have learned...can answers all the questions correctly....and give you the best....InsyaAllah..

REZEKI

Percayalah rezeki itu dari Allah. Sesungguhnya hidup ku semata  mata dengan rezeki dari Allah.

Tiada tempat untukku meminta selain Allah. Allah memberi rezeki tanpa batas kepada sesiapa yang dikehendaki.

Sebagai manusia yang berakal kita perlulah memahami tentang hakikat rezeki.

Rezeki tidak sahaja berkisar tentang wang ringgit semata mata. Tapi nyawa juga rezeki, penglihatan juga rezeki, kaki yang melangkah, tangan yang menadah, mulut yang berkata kata, anak-anak yang mengikat tali kasih, air yang diminum walaupun seteguk....semuanya rezeki.

Dengan sebab tu kita perlu mensyukuri setiap rezeki yang di limpahkan pada kita. Setiap orang mempunyai ketentuan rezeki yang berbeza beza. Jadi jangan kita memandang rezeki orang lain dan mengukur sebagai kekurangan rezeki bagi kita. Setiap rezeki itu ada nikmat dan hikmah disebaliknya. Allah memberi rezeki sesuai dengan keperluan hambaNya dalam mendapat keredhoan Nya

Jadi belajarlah mensyukuri nikmat rezeki dan pohonlah kepada Allah akan rezeki yang dikehendaki kerana Allah maha memberi akan rezeki.

SPOIL THE DAY

Hari ni hari Isnin. Semangat untuk bekerja berkobar kobar. Lepas subuh bersiap siap untuk hantar anak kesekolah. Lagipun Sya SPM hari ni. Dengan semangat yang membara menuruni anak tangga menuju ke porch untuk psnaskan engine.

Tiba-tiba....semput. Bukan ana yg semput tapi kereta ana yang semput gara gara bateri lemah...owh no no no....ha ha. What else i can say. Lucky wife still at home. So she taking over sending Sya which going to sit for the exam.

Tq my dear. For helping me sending Syarah to school.

ANAK ABAH EXAM SPM

Tomorrow is the 1st day Sya SPM. Ill pray for you my dear. Hopefully Sya will answer all the questions serenely. Select the best question that you understand and know the answer. Tries your best.

YaAllah permudahkanlah urusan anak ku dalam menghadapi SPM. Tenangkanlah dia. Mudahkanlah dia dalam mengingati setiap apa yang dipelajarinya. Berikanlah idea idea yang baik kepadanya ketika menjawab setiap soalan. Cantikkanlah tulisanya supaya mudah difahami. Jauhilah dia dari sifat lupa jauhilah dia dari kecuaian. Angkatlah darjat keimanannya pada Mu dan berilah dia akan kebijaksanaan. Ya Allah redholah akan dia dan berilah dia akan kejayaan baik didunia mahupun akhirat. Sesungguhnya tiadalah daya upaya ku melainkan dengan pertolongan Mu dan sesungguhnya hidup matiku hanya kerana Mu Ya Allah. Kabulkanlah akan doaku..Aaminnnn Ya Rabbal Alamin. Walhamdulillahhirabbialamin
